Deliver Plus Ltd is a parcel management company with locations in London and Cambridge.
Over the last 5 years Deliver Plus has developed a shipping software solution that
has propelled our unique technology to the very forefront of our industry.
Parcel management is a new concept in logistics made possible by advances in computer
technology and, in particular, by bar coding parcels so that their progress towards
their final destination can be tracked.
Every major carrier can now do this. Where Deliver Plus is different is that we
sit between our customers and the carrier companies we use – such as UPS, Fedex
and TNT– and we manage the shipping process for you.
This includes:
- selecting the best carrier for the destination based on speed or cost;
- giving you the choice of the widest range of services the market has to offer, from
time critical air to express road.
- tracking the parcel on its journey to monitor any problems;
- advising you of any problems and resolving them on your behalf.
This is proactive parcel management. Our promise to you is that we will notify you
of any problems within 60 minutes of an exception being posted on the carrier’s
web site. You also have a named account manager assigned to monitor your
consignments and help you manage your shipping.
Our state of the art software ParcelVision ® has the ability to track parcels across
a multi-carrier platform which means that you do not need to be locked into a single
carrier. Any single carrier is unlikely to be the fastest and cheapest on all routes
around the world so it makes sense to select the best for your purposes.
Our ParcelVision software is downloadable to your desktop, it is unique because
it automatically tracks your shipments for you. ParcelVision enables you view the
latest scan and proof-of-delivery information from your desktop whilst allowing
you to search for delayed shipments. It also has many other pro-active features
such as querying shipments with your account manager at the click of a button. ParcelVision
helps make shipping easy!
Another plus is that you do not have to split your spend between different carriers
with the penalty of higher tariffs. Consolidate your shipments through Deliver Plus
